How do I create an account?
Open the App, tap Sign up, and use your email or Continue with Google. Email sign-ups get a 6-digit code to confirm the address.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and follow the link we email you. The link works for 60 minutes.
I didn’t receive the code or email
Check your spam folder and that the address is correct, wait a minute, then tap Resend. Codes are limited per day for security.
Events & invitations
How do I create an event?
Tap Create event, pick a type (road trip, vacation, conference, social or custom) and follow the steps. Choose who can see it: Private, Invite only or Public.
How do I invite people?
Open the event → Invite. Invite by email, phone or username, or share the event’s invite link. Changing an event from public to invite-only or private cancels links already shared.
Why can’t I chat or upload in an event?
You need to accept the invitation first. Some roles (for example vendors) can view but not upload.
Photos & files
Where are my photos stored?
In your own Google Drive, in a Memoir folder. They’re shared by link with the people in the event — see the Privacy Policy. Delete or stop sharing a file in Google Drive at any time.
Can I stop others downloading my file?
Yes. Open the file in Memoir and lock it; the download link is hidden from others in the App.
Notifications
Choose All, Events only or None in More → App settings, or turn notifications off in your phone’s settings.
Privacy & safety
- Control who can find you and what others see in More → Privacy settings.
- Report anything that breaks our Community Guidelines from its menu; we review reports within 24 hours.
- Block someone from their profile or message. Manage blocked people in More → Blocked people.
- Child-safety concerns: Child Safety Standards.
Deleting your account
In the App: More → Account → Delete account. Without the App: use the Delete account page. It’s immediate and permanent.
