Plan together

From idea to itinerary in four steps

A guided wizard — Basics, When & where, People, Review — turns any idea into a real plan, adapting to the event type: a route for road trips, a destination for vacations, a venue for conferences. It never loses your input between steps.

  • Day-by-day itineraries with stops and timings
  • Conference agendas with speakers and a personal “My Schedule”
  • Visual route maps from origin to destination

Share the moment

One gallery, everyone’s memories

Photos, videos and documents from every participant land in one shared gallery — with filters, sorting, an in-app video player and document viewer. Files up to 100 MB upload to the uploader’s own Google Drive, so every member keeps ownership of what they capture.

  • Real-time group chat in every event, with unread badges
  • Star ratings and reviews when the event wraps up
  • Your files stay yours — Memoir only asks for per-file Drive access

Invite anyone

Private links, real RSVPs

Invite people by Memoir username, email or phone — or copy one share link built on an unguessable token you can rotate at any time to cut off old links. Invitees see a clean preview and RSVP in a tap; capacity limits keep the head-count honest.

  • Organizer-assigned roles with clear permissions
  • Public event discovery with trending and live search
  • Every event always keeps at least one organizer

Works anywhere

Offline in the hills, instant in the city

Your events are cached on the device, so itineraries stay readable when the signal disappears. Push notifications keep everyone current — at exactly the level each person chooses: everything, event updates only, or silence.

  • Offline cache with automatic refresh when you’re back online
  • In-app notification feed with unread highlighting
  • Chat reconnects by itself after network drops

Yours, securely

Security you can actually see

Sign in with Google or with email and a six-digit OTP. Tokens live in encrypted secure storage on your device. Privacy settings control exactly who can see your email and phone — and a personal “My Activity” trail shows everything that has happened on your account, day by day.

  • Google Sign-In or email + OTP verification
  • Granular privacy and discoverability controls
  • Delete your account — and its data — any time, right from the app
